Shipping Policy
1. We will send you a confirmation email with your order details immediately upon receiving your order. We will process your order within 1-3 business days.
2. We will send you a tracking number via email after your goods have been shipped.
We offer free standard shipping to customers in all countries. You only need to pay for the goods at checkout.

If your item is high-value (exceed 1000 USD) and you wish to use express shipping, an additional shipping fee will apply. If you choose regular shipping for high-value items, no additional shipping fee will apply.
For example, if your item is worth over $1000 and the package is large, we always ship you by sea, you will receive within 35 -45 days. If you wish to receive it within 5-7 days, an additional expedited shipping fee will apply.

Why haven't I received any order confirmation?
In most cases, this is because our customer accidentally entered an incorrect email address. We send multiple emails throughout the delivery process, including order confirmation, shipping notification, and delivery notification.
If you believe you entered an incorrect email address, please contact us, and we will correct it for you as long as the order has not yet been processed.
Can I cancel my order or add items?
Your items can be cancelled before shipment, but not after shipment.
Because we do not store any payment information, we cannot add items to an order. If this happens, please place a separate order for other items.
What time of day will my order ship?
Our processing and distribution centers handle orders 24 hours a day.
Why does my tracking number show "delivered" but I haven't received my package?
Normally, your local post office can locate your package using their advanced GPS system, and the issue should be resolved within a few days. In this case, you need to contact your local post office to confirm if the package was left at an unattended parcel locker or your parcel locker.
How often do you respond to inquiries?
To optimize customer experience, we respond quickly within 24 hours.
Refund Delays or Omissions (if any)
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; refunds may take some time to be credited. Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to be credited.

Exchanges (if any)
We only offer exchanges if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email service@twilightwild.com.
You will need to bear the return shipping costs yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will process your refund upon receiving your returned item.
Delivery time for the replacement item may vary depending on your region.
If your item is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
