Thank you for shopping at VentusWild! This Shipping Policy outlines how we deliver your camping gear orders, including tents, sleeping bags, and outdoor equipment. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons (spring and summer months) or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS to deliver your camping gear safely:
  • Standard Shipping (Continental U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping (Continental U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing (available at checkout)
  • Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: 7–14 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–25 business days depending on destination country
Note: Delivery timeframes begin after order processing is complete and do not include weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States
  • Orders under $99: Flat rate of $8.99 for standard shipping within the contiguous U.S.
  • Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include handling fees

4. International Orders

We ship to select countries worldwide. Please note:
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees imposed by your country
  • VentusWild is not responsible for packages held at customs or delayed by customs clearance
  • Some countries may have restrictions on importing certain camping equipment; customers are responsible for verifying import regulations in their destination country
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged packages once handed over to the international carrier

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can monitor your package's progress using this tracking number on the carrier's website. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

6. Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched. VentusWild is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. PO Boxes are accepted for USPS shipments only.

7. Large/Bulky Items

Many of our camping tents and shelters are bulky items that may ship in oversized packaging. These items may require additional handling time and may be subject to carrier-specific dimensional weight pricing. Any applicable surcharges will be displayed at checkout.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Unforeseen inventory issues
VentusWild is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control. We will notify you promptly if we anticipate any significant delay in processing your order.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date.
  • Damaged Items: Inspect your order upon arrival. If items arrive damaged, retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange replacement or refund per our Return Policy.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet entered processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our Return Policy.

11. Compliance Notice

VentusWild complies with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. We maintain sufficient inventory and shipping capacity to fulfill orders within our stated timeframes. If we cannot ship within 30 days of order placement, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
